hey i tot of this... remember i said we cant make announcements on powerpoint then show it to them.. wat we can do is we announce to them who's in charged of wat... like for example.. pris and hon wah in charged of walcoming rite... so we put picture of both of them.. then say like" welcoming commitee.. if you've got new friends and members.. bring them to pris and hon wah" or praise and worship, then the pic of 3 of us.. then say like if got any song request.. look for us and all.. like this like more organised... and allow other youths to be part of the planning as well..
